How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days free with Growth limits, up to 150 vendors. No credit card is needed to start.
What happens when I reach my vendor limit?
Adding another vendor is blocked until you upgrade. Deleting a vendor frees a place on your plan.
What happens after the trial if I do not subscribe?
Your account becomes read-only. You can still sign in, view vendors, requirements and documents, and export your data. Vendors can keep uploading through their portal links.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops future charges. A cancelled account becomes read-only, and your data stays available to export.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Admins can change or cancel the subscription and update payment details from the Billing page.
Do vendors pay anything?
No. Vendors upload through a private link and never need an account or a paid plan. Every plan includes every feature.
Who handles payments?
Stripe handles payments. VendorVault does not store card numbers.
